Just a note as you look thru these pictures and focus on the prices and say "WOW - THESE ARE AWFUL HIGH PRICES" - they are reasonable, and fair prices. Yes you can go to Walmart and get a 'comforter' for the same size for about $65. to $100 - but you are purchasing a "comforter" NOT a quilt- and yes there is a difference. Also you are buying and supporting China and not the USA because that is where almost 90% of Walmart goods come from. My quilts are made right here in La Follette, TN - American Made in the USA. My quilts are not factory produced-I make them by hand-I am the only one in this company ! And because most of what you buy in the stores are multi factory produced-meaning that it is a one piece fabric, and the quilting is done by a huge automated machine (not by a person) and my quilts have multiple pieces - - and that's what a quilt is, and how a quilt started out - -multi pieces . So friends- the choice is yours - on how you would like to spend your hard earned dollars- supporting a foreign country or the United States . And just a small note about the prices-they have been appraised by a local quilt shop at prices higher than what I've priced them at - so a bargain is still a bargain here.
